The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Our experience was marred by the cold room. Despite multiple requests to adjust the heating, we received inconsistent answers. It seemed hotel policy limited the temperature, leaving us uncomfortable during our stay.

I absolutely loved the large, clean apartment with a fresh, modern feel. The sleeping quality was exceptional, and being just a five-minute walk from the ferry station made exploring Lake Como easy. The charming little town had everything we needed without being overcrowded, which added to its appeal. Staff members were consistently nice and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. Breakfast options were delicious, featuring a choice of pastries and fresh coffee. navigating the area to find parking was somewhat challenging. We had to search a bit to find a suitable spot, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. the location in the restricted traffic zone meant we had to go through extra steps to unload our bags.
